The Grand Cœur restaurant: a historic setting
Led by chef Mauro Colagreco – three Michelin stars for his restaurant Le Mirazur, in Menton – the Grandcoeur brasserie is revealed in a magnificent paved courtyard in the Marais. It has a huge terrace that borders the lively dance studios of the district. Inside, this former coaching inn, a touch rococo (raw stones, exposed beams and marble tables). In the evening, candles lull the restaurant in an intimate and warm atmosphere.
