More than 350 vineyards, exceptional wines and carefully selected Grands Crus
La Ruchotte’s® Frédéric Ménager’s aim was to select a majority of wines from small organic or biodynamic estates that share his values. However, our wine cellar also houses exceptional Grands Crus as well as lesser-known wines, which our Chef prefers, "Without any compunction, these winegrowers have one thing in common: the quality of the product created at by the ‘hand of the winegrower’.” An authentic quality that Frédéric Ménager regards very highly.
